After the program kickoff, savings can be achieved quickly.

The Buck team can move rapidly to design your severance plan, submit plan documents to the appropriate state agencies, submit a SUB Trust filing to the Internal Revenue Service, develop administrative and reporting requirements, and set up and test an Interactive Voice Response (IVR)/Web system and call center to track the ongoing employment status of your displaced workers. Our proprietary approach and analytical tools get the system up and running by the time most reductions in force have moved from announcement to implementation.
