Buck Consultants University:
Buck Consultants University (BCU) is a comprehensive training program providing our staff developmental opportunities for a broad-based consulting career with Buck. The program is composed of technical and professional skills development sessions designed to span the career of a consulting professional — from foundational skills for entry-level staff to educational courses on current topics for the experienced consultant. In addition, BCU offers courses focused on leadership and professional development for all Buck staff.

BCU also conducts offsite training for our newer staff, starting with BCU 101 — a multi-day session designed to acquaint the new consulting professional with Buck Consultants and the basics of consulting. In addition, BCU offers semi-annual on-boarding workshops to senior level new hires, to quickly acclimate them to Buck’s environment.
