A global defense company was concerned about the low level of employee participation in its retirement savings plan. Buck was asked to develop strategies to educate employees about the importance of saving for retirement.
Our world-class communication team developed a comprehensive multimedia campaign that not only engaged and educated the audience, but also motivated an increase in their active plan participation. After just four months, participants were using online technology to learn more about retirement issues. Plan participation increased by 15 percent, and 22 percent of current participants increased their contribution rates.
