The Total Executive Compensation Solution is a web-based tool, which facilitates the information gathering, regulatory compliance, and risk minimization capabilities for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
The tool is designed to provide the Compensation Committee with an end-to-end solution in working through all of the requirements of their annual calendar as it relates to the executive compensation programs for the organization they represent.
The tool includes uniform diagnostics and standardized templates around items including, but not limited to market pricing, peer analysis, management interviews, financial performance, share allocation, regulatory concerns/updates, cost/benefit analyses, and payment schedules.
In addition, this Web-based tool permits the downloading of data from sources including external vendors (e.g., stock plan administrators) and company financial and pay information that can be used to develop ad hoc reporting and year-to-year analysis against plan goals.
Both Buck Consultants and the Compensation Committee can utilize the Total Executive Compensation Solution Web tool with varying levels of access.
